We had a great time spending New Year's Eve at this hotel. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and soft linen. the location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and a quiet atmosphere. We appreciated the note informing us not to waste bottled water and to use the tap water, which was ecological and safe. the 24, hour fitness room was a great benefit for us so we could stick to our fitness regimes despite the holidays.

The self, check, in was chaotic, with technical problems and extra fees for things we didn't use. the extra charges for parking and access card for the hotel were an unpleasant surprise, and we were disappointed to find out there were not many nearby restaurants or cafes.

This accommodation is perfectly located for business trips, just a stone's throw away from the train station. the rooms are modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, and the comfortable beds offer a good night's sleep. the staff are friendly, and it's easy to access transport connections.

The lack of essential facilities in the room such as a kettle or a microwave is a real disappointment.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to a train station and there were plenty of shops and cafes around. The room was very clean and well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The gym and the 24-hour reception were great too, we felt very safe and secure. Another advantage was the free Wi-Fi, which worked very well throughout our stay.

The customer service of the hotel was not up to par. The self-check-in process was very frustrating, and it didn't work properly, which meant we had to go to the main building to check-in.

We loved staying at this hotel because of its convenience in terms of transportation. It is located very close to the train station, making it easy for us to explore this city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great – there was a communal space for cooking, and a 24-hour fitness center that we could have used if we had brought our sports shoes. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the room we stayed in. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful.
